Philippe Lardy

Philippe Lardy has worked as an illustrator for the American press in New York. His drawings were published in Newsweek, Time magazine, The New Yorker, The New York Times. He designed for design companies and various publishing houses. Today he divides his time between comics and the production of works for contemporary art galleries.

Hypersomnia appears periodically in the magazine Balances End of Series. The story is inspired by dreams, visions, memories. He describes a form of initiatory narrative in which the main character, a painter, confronts various entities that push him to seek new points of view. «Will he have the courage to make his visions and reality come together?»
